History of IICAC
Founded in the midst of the pandemic on May 8, 2021, IICAC was established by PMU Masters Eloisa Bayani and Roselle Flores. With a vision to provide the most comprehensive Permanent Makeup Training, they created an institution dedicated to revitalizing knowledge and revolutionizing beauty.
In just a few years, IICAC has become a beacon of excellence in the SPMU industry in the Philippines. Built by empowered women with over nine years of combined experience in the beauty industry, IICAC encompasses a training facility, an affiliated beauty clinic, and a legally licensed supply company.
IICAC is more than a beauty school; it’s a community committed to the growth and development of future masters, teachers, and students. Our mission is to uphold the highest standards of training, quality, and professionalism, continuously raising the bar in the Permanent Makeup and Aesthetics fields.
